Joynd’s standard integration between The Predictive Index (PI) and Cadient Talent enables you to initiate the assessment request and see the results from within Cadient Talent. Choose from Behavioral or Cognitive+Behavioral assessment packages, with Match Score included!
What does the integration look like?
- The recruiter can move the candidate to a specific status in Cadient Talent to initiate the PI assessment for the candidate.
- Upon completion of the assessment, a report link will be updated on the candidate application in Cadient Talent.
- Management Style and Influencing Style information can be made available in the Behavioral report returned to Cadient Talent.
- If using PI Job Targets assigned to Cadient Talent requisitions, then PI Job Match/Fit Scores will be brought into Cadient Talent.
- The integration will detect whether a candidate has already completed the PI assessment for your company and will return the candidate’s previously completed PI assessment results to Cadient Talent.
