What does the integration look like?

The recruiter can move the candidate to a specific status in Cornerstone to initiate the PI assessment for the candidate.
Upon completion of the assessment, a report link will be updated on the candidate application in Cornerstone.
Management Style and Influencing Style information can be made available in the Behavioral report returned to Cornerstone.
If using PI Job Targets assigned to Cornerstone requisitions, then PI Job Match/Fit Scores will be brought into Cornerstone.
The integration will detect whether a candidate has already completed the PI assessment for your company and will return the candidate’s previously completed PI assessment results to Cornerstone.
