What does the integration look like?

  • When the applicant has completed the application process, UKG Pro will display a link to the PI assessment, for the applicant to begin testing.

  • PI will report back to Joynd on the assessment status.

  • Joynd will update the UKG Pro Status.

  • When the applicant has completed the assessment, PI will populate all of the custom fields created for the Predictive Index results.

  • Once signed, we provide you with instructions for an easy configuration step on your side (no IT personnel needed!).
