What does the integration look like?

The integration automatically passes new hires (or onboarded employees) from Greenhouse into UKG Ready without having to re-key data to ensure employee records are accurate. Many clients choose a bi-directional integration, which syncs organizational level data between UKG and Greenhouse so that you do not have to worry about code list discrepancies across both systems.

Employee changes or terminations in UKG also sync with Greenhouse so you only have to manage those changes in one place.
