What does the integration look like?

Each night the Valid Value fields will automatically be updated in Greenhouse from the values in UKG.
When a Candidate is moved into the Workflow Step “Candidate has been hired” in Greenhouse Recruit, the Candidate information will automatically be sent to Joynd, and the candidate will be processed into UKG within 15 minutes.
To “resend” a Candidate to UKG (because of some type of error), “Unhire” the candidate (move them to a different workflow step), correct the error and move them back into the workflow step “Candidate has been hired”.

Joynd will send an e-contract for you to sign.
Once signed, Joynd will book a kick-off call, and provide you with an invoice and simple deployment guide.
When you’ve completed the instructions in the deployment guide, you’ll book another call with Joynd to guide you through the remaining steps of the process (pain-free, we promise).

Most deployments of this type take about 4 weeks.
